Description

The Westpark Promenade Project is a mixed-use project consisting of a +/- 27.6 acre site fronting the I-15 north of Clinton Keith Road. The eastern portion of the property is approved for 191 for sale townhomes which has already been sold to an end-builder. This offering consists of the remaining +/- 14.12 gross acres on the west side that is designated and zoned for commercial/retail development.
